Returns without an authorization number from MVP Canada Parts will not be accepted.

General Return Policy

  • All return requests must be received within 30 days from the date of invoice.
  • Returned items must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days from the date of invoice.

Conditions for Return of an Unused Item or Order Cancellation

  • The return must be requested within 30 days from the date of invoice of the item(s).
  • The unit must be in its original packaging (pictures are required).
  • The purchase order number, reason for return, and serial number(s) of the unit are required.
  • Freight costs must be covered by the dealer or the end user.

Additional Conditions:

  • If the customer no longer needs or wants the purchased part, they must return the item at their own expense. Once received, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
  • If MVP Canada Parts provided the customer with a part number and it was the wrong part, MVP Canada Parts will cover the return cost and ship the correct part at no additional charge.

Conditions for Freight Damage

Accepted Freight

  • A thorough physical inspection of the unit(s) is required upon delivery, before signing the BOL.
  • Any damages to the box(es), crate(s), or unit(s) must be clearly notated on the BOL.
  • PO number, serial number, pictures, and written details of the damaged unit must be provided to process the return.

Refused Freight

  • In the event of refused freight, please notify us immediately if a replacement is required.

Concealed Damage

  • Concealed damage claims must be filed within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Provide the PO number, serial number, and pictures of the box, crate, and unit for the case to be analyzed.
  • Please note that most concealed damage claims are declined, so it is very important that units are inspected before signing the BOLs.

Return of Used or Defective Items

  • If the item you received is defective, please contact our Service Department.
  • The issue will be evaluated, and a service call will be scheduled if needed.
  • MVP Canada Parts will only accept returns of used items if the Service Department concludes that:
    • The unit is not repairable, and
    • The issue is a manufacturer defect.
